PROCESSING TIME

All orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

DENMARK Estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days Shipping from 39 DKK
EU Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days Shipping from 69 DKK
INTERNATIONAL Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days Shipping from 99 DKK
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We also offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount — this will be clearly displayed at checkout.

DELAYS

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, courier issues, or customs procedures. Collide is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order. Collide cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
